Simple is delicious, this dressing will rekindle your love for salads!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. reduced-salt soy sauce or Olive Pressée tamari;
- 1 tbsp. Olive Pressée rice vinegar;
- 1 tsp. of sesame seeds;
- 2 tsp. of Dijon mustard;
- 2 tsp. Olive Pressée toasted sesame oil;
- 1 1/2 tsp. of honey;
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped.
Preparation
1. Mix all the ingredients together using a whisk.
2. Add to your favorite salad mix.
Notes
Delicious to accompany your warm chicken, beef or tofu salad! To try in tataki!
You can replace the honey with maple syrup to make this recipe vegan.
Conservation
Store the dressing in the refrigerator for one week in an airtight container.
