Our sunflower oil, coming directly from the Pré-Rieur farm in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, is organic, cold-pressed and oleic, thus retaining all its benefits.

Versatile, it is widely used in pastry, bakery, cooking, frying, vinaigrettes and more. Thanks to its high content of oleic fatty acids, it is very resistant to heat and ideal for frying.
