    With its delicate herbaceous scent and its subtle cabbage and hazelnut taste, camelina oil is very versatile and unique in its kind.

    Thanks to its very high level of omega-3, it has a higher smoke point than most other oils, which makes it the ideal oil for cooking, grilling and baking. It also goes well with tartares and salads.

    According to the Government of Canada, although it supports frying temperatures, it is not recommended to subject it to heat for long periods.
