With its delicate herbaceous scent and its subtle cabbage and hazelnut taste, camelina oil is very versatile and unique in its kind.Thanks to its very high level of omega-3, it has a higher smoke point than most other oils, which makes it the ideal oil for cooking, grilling and baking. It also goes well with tartares and salads.
Frying: Not Recommended > According to the Government of Canada, although it supports frying temperatures, it is not recommended to subject it to heat for long periods.
