Simple, quick and delicious, this vegan and gluten-free marinade is perfect to enhance your tofu.
- 2 tbsp. Olive Pressée extra virgin olive oil ;
- 2 tbsp. Olive Pressée Cask 25 Dark Plain Balsamic Vinegar;
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder.
- Wrap the tofu in a paper towel and place a heavy object or a tofu press over your wrapped tofu for 15 minutes to squeeze out excess water.
- Meanwhile, mix all the marinade ingredients together.
- Place the tofu and marinade in a bowl and cover the tofu. Marinate for 24 to 72 hours.
