Peach and White Balsamic Spritzer

This summer cocktail is sweet, sparkling and very refreshing! Above all, it is absolutely divine!

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup peach puree;
• 1/3 cup Olive Pressée White Balsamic Vinegar;
• 3/4 cup of vodka;
• 1 bottle of prosecco, cold;
• Olive Pressée Basil Infused Olive Oil;
• Fresh basil leaves;
• Fresh peaches, sliced.

Instructions 

1. In a blender, combine the puree, balsamic and vodka. Strain the mixture and pour it into a pitcher.
2. Pour mixture into 6 glasses and garnish with prosecco, a small drizzle of basil-infused olive oil, fresh basil and peach slices.
