This summer cocktail is sweet, sparkling and very refreshing! Above all, it is absolutely divine!
- 1/3 cup peach puree;
- 1/3 cup Olive Pressée White Balsamic Vinegar;
- 3/4 cup of vodka;
- 1 bottle of prosecco, cold;
- Olive Pressée Basil Infused Olive Oil;
- Fresh basil leaves;
- Fresh peaches, sliced.
- In a blender, combine the puree, balsamic and vodka. Strain the mixture and pour it into a pitcher.
- Pour mixture into 6 glasses and garnish with prosecco, a small drizzle of basil-infused olive oil, fresh basil and peach slices.
