Vinaigrette aux Arachides et au Gingembre

Peanut and Ginger Dressing

Creamy and full of flavor, this tangy vegan dressing is perfect for peanut lovers!

 

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. creamy unsweetened peanut butter;
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated;
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced;
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce*
  • 1 tsp. Olive Pressée toasted sesame oil;
  • The juice of one lime;
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. water;

 

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk with a fork until smooth.

 

Note

For a gluten-free version, replace the soy sauce with Olive Pressée tamari.

For a nut-free version, replace the peanut butter with sunflower butter.


Conservation

Store for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
