Simple, quick and delicious, this lemon and garlic marinade for chicken will add a zest of flavor to all your small dishes.
- 3 garlic cloves, minced;
- 3 tbsp. Olive Pressée extra virgin olive oil;
- 3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1.5 lemons)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest;
- 1/4 tsp. chopped parsley;
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil;
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
- In an airtight container, combine all the ingredients.
- Marinate the chicken for 12 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
